Dear friends,

Sorry for the delay. But there are a lot of ‘special’ wishes in total and that makes it difficult to schedule as fair as possible. Now the schedule is fixed until Game 18 and the rest shall be done soon as well.

I  wanna thank one more time to the 3 J’s (Jason Dorey, Jason Muhl & Jochen Tenhagen) for arranging the second IFFC Event where various IFFC lads met together in good spirits at a great Mexican dinner with lots of beer. Everyone who did not come I can only urge you to come next time.

Then the SuperCom have met and updated the rules. Any player who is caught without shinguards will receive a yellow card by the ref. Be aware. Before the match please show player IDs of the match day line up and leave them with the 4^th nref. He will check that all players are registered. Players who do not have a player ID must fill out and sign a IFFC player registration form. Passport copy and picture may be given the next time the player takes part.

Please look left and click “IFFC Rules” to see the newest version and carefully study it.  A big Thanx goes to Gareth / Strollers who took the time and effort to upgrade the rules. Also Barbarian’s Rich get a ‘thanx’ for developing a paper to advise our referees which is still under discussion and hopefully Saturday before the matches will be delivered.

Well this is the last week without any official matches, next week we will play two of the ‘Thomas Marechal Cup Quarterfinal Make up matches:

On Saturday Febr.21^st 14:00-16:00 Sexy FC vs. Strollers

On Sunday Febr.22^nd 14:00-16:00 F.City FC vs. X2/Teppen

The schedule for Round 12 is out while next  Monday,  there shall be the second half of the schedule out. Not easy to make and daily I receive wishes or info which makes me overwork the schedule all over again.

ATTENTION: 2nd IFFC SOCIAL NIGHT for all players to join and enjoy:

On Friday February 20^th in the evening, the IFFC will have it’s second social night. This time ‘Forbidden City FC’ & ‘Summer Palace’ are the organizers and soon a full plan will be posted here.

IFFC LAST 2008 MAKE UP MATCHES NEWS:

Dear friends,

Below are the results of the very last make up matches of 2008 (the first half of the 08/09 Season) as all the IFFC Quarterfinal matches had been moved into 2009. Match reports are in the making process and the IFFC Player statistic still needs to be updated with these make up matches & last week’s Game 11 for both Divisions.

Furthermore, the IFFC Supervising Committee will meet this Wednesday evening. (December 17^th). Topics will include to check and work on the IFFC rules, IFFC statutes & other matters such as IFFC Social Event and IFFC Sponsor.

DEAL:  Simply the deal is only 50rmb per head* until no one goes to the bathroom**, and after the first person went to the bathroom the new deal is: buy one get one free on the Tsingtao's and house drinks***.

* (Drink for free on unlimited Tsingtao beer and house drinks (whiskey/rum/gin/vodka) including a selection of shooters)
**UNTIL Someone breaks the seal !!  (When the first person in the bar goes to the toilet the free drink stops!!)  No exceptions or excuses accepted! - The first person to go into the male toilet (or the ladies for the girls) will be responsible for the rest of the bar having to start paying for their drinks. Basically it’s a battle of bladders and the longer you hold out the more you get for your 50rmb and don’t worry staff will be plentiful to make sure service is rapid and if your lucky we might just have some nice background water music to make it easier for all ;-).
