In the last week of August 2010 the SuperCom were working on following rules and made following rule changes and named the IFFC DisCom 10/11 NEW 10/11 IFFC RULE CHANGES RULE 10: (This rule was made by the ExCo) Each year in towards the end of August (it can NOT be determined and told to the teams before hand) it remains to be seen how many teams continue to participate, leave the IFFC and how many new teams wanna join, therefore here is the relegation plan for the 11/12 Season. A. In case 24 teams participate in 11/12: At the end of each full season 10/11 the top 2 teams from the First Division will be promoted to the Premier League, whereas the bottom two teams fo the Premier League will be relegated to the First Division B. In case 26 teams or more wanna participate in 11/12: Then there will be 3 Leagues in 11/12: Premiership with 10 teams, First Division with 10 teams and Second Division with 6 or more teams At the end of the full season 10/11 then the bottom three teams in the Premiere League will be relegated to the First Division. Only the First Division champions will qualify directly for the 10/11 Premier Season. The 2nd place team in the First Division will play-off for a promotion place against the 9th ranked Premiere team. This play off needs to be played after the last league match anyway, just in case there will be maybe 3 Divisions next 10/11 season. C. In any case for clubs with a 'A Team' and a 'B-Team' However, Clubs who have more than one team in separate divisions in the IFFC may not permit their "B" team to be promoted to a division that also has their "A" team in it , unless their "A" team is relegated that same season. D. Goal difference will deceide: Where two or more teams have the same points at the end of the season, overall goal difference will determine their final league position. RULE 12: IFFC will organise a SuperCup competition between: -Premier League Champions -First Division Champions -Thomas Marechal Cup Winners - Premier League Runners-Up If either the Premier League Champions, Premier League Runners-Up or First Division Champions are also concurrently Thomas Marechal Cup Winners then the 4th Supercup Finalist will be the TM. Cup Runners-Up. If the TM Cup Runners-Up have already qualified for the Supercup then the Premier League's 3rd ranked team will be the 4th Supercup finalist. The Super Cup is scheduled to take place during the first two weekends of June, unless all qualifying teams taking part agree to defer the competiton to another set of mutually convenient dates before the start of the following season. RULE 21: (This rule change was made with all IFFC team managers on August 31st, 2010) If a team has more than 3 non-appearance matches during a season then they may face expulsion, in which case all remaining unplayed matches will be counted as a 0-6 loss. However if a team drops out during the first part of the season (September to December) then all matches will be regarded 0:6 to the opponent.
RULE 41: Players registered with a First Division team may also concurrently play for ONE team in the Premier League during a half season. No player registered in the higher division (Premiership) may play in a lower division team (First Division) at the same time. |
