Supervisory Committee meeting

13 October 2008

 

Present: Robert, Jason, Gareth, Richard, Jochen, Greg

 

Minutes

  1. Formally recognize Greg as a Disciplinary Committee Member Catergory A

l       Unanimously agreed and approved by all members

  1. Referee Bobby Wang also an Athletico player

l       ExCo Chairman, Robert will inform all members of the Premier League on the league website that Bobby is available to referee league matches, but also a player for Athletico. This is to provide a degree of  transparency. Team captains will have until 18 October to give notice to the league if they prefer not to have Bobby referee their matches. If they do not contact the league by the deadline then it will be understood that they approve of Bobby refereeing their matches.

  1. Referee Nasir also a Sexy player in the Premier League and Summer Palace in the First Division.

l       ExCo Chairman, Robert will inform all members of the Premier League and the First Division the league website that Nasir is available to referee league matches, but also a player for Sexy FC/ Summer Palace. This is to provide a degree of  transparency. Team captains will have until 18 October to give notice to the league if they prefer not to have Nasir referee their matches. If they do not contact the league by the deadline then it will be understood that they approve of Nasir refereeing their matches.

  1. Special events

l       End of Season All-Star game followed by the End of Season Party

l       Options for deciding the All-Star game format which will be put to a vote amongst the teams on the league website.

      Over 30s vs. Under 30s

      Each time brings 2 or 3 players and teams are selected randomly by pulling names out of a hat.

      Teams are randomly grouped together and then all-star teams selected from those groups.

l       IFFC Social Night out- Friday 7 November, 8-7pm meet at Paddy O'Shea's and then 8pm at Chingari Indian restaurant. We soon publish the more details and the contact e-mail / person in charge.

Tuesday September 2nd 2008, the first 08/09 Supervising Committee meeting concluded:

 

A. Reviewed the IFFC Rules and release of the “IFFC rules Sept.2nd , 2008“

 

B. IFFC SuperCom nominated the IFFC Disciplinary committee 2008/09:

CATEGORY A members (in charge unless own team involved or upsent on decision day):

(Three members with one vote each)

CATEGORY B Reserve Disciplinary Committee members (replacement for Category A members)
