A. DIFFERENT REGISTRATION FORMS FOR THE TEAM AND PLAYERS

Print out the “Team Registration Form” and “Player Registration form” both from the IFFC website www.iffc1994.com (to find under “IFFC matters”) and make many photocopies of the player registration form (you need them also during the season when new players join your team).

B. IFFC TEAM REGISTRATION FORM:(To be filled out completely!) Make sure:

To clearly state the No.1 manager and No.2 manager with contact details such as phone number, mobile and e-mail address (write neatly so it can be read) and fill in the complete current Team member rooster from 1 to x (whatever) including all the players.

C. IFFC PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM: (2 photos must be included)

Each player must completely fill out and sign his player registration form. Add 2 good & clear passport size photographs: glue one photograph in the form’s photo field and staple the second photograph for the player ID on the upper left corner of the player form. Write the Player Name & team name on the back of the picture in case it falls off.

NOTE: 07/08 Players with their player ID do NOT need to fill out a new form or submit any pictures. The player ID from last season is enough to be submitted.

 IFFC FEES:

From this Season 08/09 onwards, the IFFC completely abolished the student price.

There are four different categories a team needs to pay:

A. ALL FEES LISTED:

1. Team League entry fee: 1.000RMB

2. Player registration: 100RMB per player

3a. Deposit for teams who minimum one season played without major problems: 2.000RMB (with problems then up to 4.000RMB)

3b. Deposit for new teams joining the IFFC: 4.000RMB

4. The match fee: 850RMB per match

+ Possible flood light expenses (in case of a match change with the use of flood lights)

+ Possible match change fee of 300RMB per match change (only three changes possible)
